The Atlantic City development agency has approved a move to build the first of two new hotels in the city in New Jersey. The proposed project would be built on a series of irregularly shaped plots in the east of the city, totaling about 33,000 square meters. While the second floor appears to be the eleventh floor, the original proposal envisaged that the hotel rooms would comprise a total of 233 hotel rooms, including amenities and apartments for extended stays that include amenities and space.
