This beautiful home was built circa 1915 and has magnificent original features including: parquet wood floors, wood pocket doors leading into the living room and the dining room. Backyard: gas line to the house for grill and grass and garden. Very private backyard due to a stone garage for the opposing house as a barrier. Plus, west neighbor has a high wooden fence which gives this yard ALOT of privacy--very unusual for a city house. We love this back yard area. There is a side alleyway to the east of the house separating us from the next house (shared walkway alley). This side yard has plenty of flowers and vegetation and in the front are 2 beautiful flowering cherry trees. Really some of the only trees on the block which I believe distinguishes our house from the rest. We love this house. We are considering moving as my wife is a country girl at heart and does not enjoy city living as much as I do.
