Nice looking place located downtown. My stay wasn't totally bad, I got upgraded to the 21st floor with an amazing view of NYC. That part was awesome. But the Air Conditioner in the room didn't work at all that good. There was a constant rattling on the wall, and room service brought us the wrong food (then didn't answer the phone when we called to let them know). But besides that, not all that bad. The room itself was nice.
Pros: Location, Nice and clean, Room prices
Cons: Service

I stayed at the hotel on Tuesday and Wednesday.
( August 24-25, 2009)
The rooms are really large. They are extremely nice. I love, love, love the shower! I am very picky when it comes to showers.
The hotel was very friendly.
I would absolutely stay there again.
I ate at the Fire and Oak restaurant also. The Ribs were awesome. Very rarely do you find good ribs. The meat was so juicy it fell off of the bone. :-)

Had lunch for Hudson Rest. Week. The soup and dessert were good. The salmon was okay. Rice had too much butter. Decent wine list. Coffee was brewed in a traditional french press. Little strong but nice.
